Our company
The #teamLEJ introduces itself
We are a small but excellent team, so it almost goes without saying that we all work hand in hand.
This applies to all areas at our company. Thanks to flat hierarchies, we are able to achieve rapid success together in a short space of time.
Another important success factor for us is our team spirit. We not only work together on projects with a high level of concentration, but also enjoy laughing together and celebrating team events.
Where we come from
We were spun off from the Zeiss research department in 1991 by our founders Dieter Deinhardt and Wolfgang Ketscher.
We now look back on more than 30 years of experience in photonics and have been able to establish ourselves as a reliable OEM partner for power electronics and lighting solutions at world-renowned companies.
What we do
We develop and assemble complex mechatronic and opto-electronic assemblies and systems directly at our site. Our own brands LUXYR and AMPYR offer high-performance lighting and reliable power supplies for demanding applications in microscopy, the semiconductor industry, analytics, image processing and medical technology.
Our corporate philosophy
We regard our customers as long-term partners and strive to satisfy them in the long term. The performance, quality and environmental compatibility of our products and services define our processes.
Our employees are the key to our success. We encourage initiative, a sense of responsibility and continuous development, while providing a safe and healthy working environment.
We develop technologically leading and high-quality products through innovative and pragmatic approaches and react quickly and agilely to customer requirements.
Reliable supplier relationships are crucial. We offer fair, long-term partnerships and involve our suppliers in product development at an early stage.
Quality is at the heart of everything we do, from product development to customer care and the entire product life cycle.
