We are a small but fine team of 20 employees, so it almost goes without saying that we all work hand in hand.
This applies to all areas at our company. Thanks to flat hierarchies, we are able to achieve quick successes together in a short time.
Another important success factor for us is our team spirit. Not only do we work together on projects with a high level of concentration, but we also enjoy laughing together and celebrating team events.
Where we come from
We were spun off from the Zeiss research department in 1991 by our founders Dieter Deinhardt and Wolfgang Ketscher.
We now look back on more than 30 years of experience in photonics and have been able to establish ourselves as a reliable OEM partner for power electronics and lighting solutions at world-renowned companies.
